WELCOME

Why Yoga and why holistic wellbeing?

Yoga and holistic wellbeing have been part of my life for many years. I first became a yoga practitioner in Barcelona, my hometown, where I also trained in Reiki and energy healing.

I have now been living in Switzerland for 10 years—after spending 9 years in Zurich, I am now based in Geneva. During this time, I continued to deepen my practice, completing several yoga trainings across Switzerland, Spain, and India. My teachings focus on Hatha, Vinyasa, Pre- and Post-Natal, and Yin Yoga.

In India, I found strong roots in asana, meditation, and pranayama—an experience that shaped the foundation of my work in yoga and healing practices.

I embrace a holistic vision of wellbeing, centered on cultivating awareness of the body–mind–breath connection. Through my classes, workshops, events, and private sessions, I share the tools I’ve gathered along the way to support others on their journey.
